My point is after this election it's not about race anymore. His 2nd term he'll just be the President, not the black President. I totally agree on the new dawn of open-mindedness and transformation.

I'm totally in agreement with all of you. Seeing so much good after an atrocious campaign season (so glad the ads are gone) has made my week/month/millennium. Looking forward to the Rebel Alliance er I mean Democrats reverse the damage done by Emperor Cheneytine and the Empire..er I mean the Republicans..Yeesh I knew I could hold the partisanship in regarding this current administration. Anyways I think with the recently chastised Republicans finally realizing what they turned into that real progress will be made by them towards a positive political environment plus the majority of Dems realizing how swiftly inaction can sweep away their control we're in for a good if not rocky ride the next 8 years (I predict an equal landslide in 2012 for President Elect Obama).

Stoked, indeed! I'm hopeful that Pres. and Congress can work together to move in a positive direction -- hopefully as a true team and not just the Democratic majority dominating everyone else.
